I support mainly women by activating their childlike energy and joy through unlocking their higher self in doing so they can expand their lives and see who they really are at the edge of their comfort zone! I help women discover their body and mind through the powerful journey of the breath and movement.

Few years ago I was just dreaming about being featured Natural Awakenings Publishing Corp. it seemed impossible for me to show up authentically and present my gifts and my services to the world. Today I got a beautiful reminder that it happened and I am ready to be seen. Not until I left NYC and moved back home to Poland where I was born I got featured as one of the practitioners.
Not being physically there does not mean that I left the city I will always be partially a New Yorker. Thank you NYC for all the opportunities!
